It is all about portion control. You can still eat your favourite foods but in smaller meals. You will also feel much better because, by eating less, you improve your body’s digestive function.
3. Drink Enough Water and Healthy Liquids
Water and liquids, in general, are an important part of a healthy diet. They keep your liver healthy and support proper kidney function. Furthermore, dehydration will affect the digestive function and the process of transforming food into nutrients that will be absorbed by your body. Some people even mistake the feeling of hunger with they are actually feeling thirsty.
A healthy diet is all about giving your body what it needs when it needs it. You should not starve yourself between meals. It is all about eating less at a single meal and selecting healthy food.
