<p><strong>A Few Words About Pierre Dukan </strong><br />

They are vital for our survival. The richest food in proteins is meat, fish, crustaceans and eggs. If our body does not consume enough protein, it will try to obtain them from the body’s reserves: mainly from the muscles, skin and bones. They are also harder to disintegrate and assimilate. This is why they enhance the feeling of satiety and you feel full faster and for longer.<br />
